Returns & Exchanges
At Celebutfits, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not work out. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
Return Eligibility
Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in brand-new condition, exactly as it was delivered—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Items must be free from stains, scents (like perfume), or signs of wear.
- Custom-made or made-to-measure products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there is a proven defect or error on our part.
If your item does not meet these conditions, it may be sent back to you without a refund.
Return Shipping Policy
Unless the return is due to a fault from our side (wrong item, size, or damaged piece), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We do not offer return pick-ups at this time. You will need to send the item back using any courier service of your choice. Make sure to retain and share a valid tracking number or delivery confirmation link, so we can track your return and avoid any processing delays.
In cases where Celebutfits is at fault (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs and ensure your issue is resolved at no additional expense to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and passes inspection:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- Refunds are typically processed immediately after inspection, but depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
We do not deduct any restocking fees or hidden charges. What you paid is what you’ll get back — simple and fair.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or design:
- You must send the original item back to us in acceptable condition.
- Once received and approved, we will ship your replacement item.
- Celebutfits will bear the cost of the new item, and you will only be required to pay the shipping charges for the replacement delivery.
This way, you keep your shopping risk-free while still covering the logistics fairly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Custom-sized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Any product not returned in its original condition
We appreciate your understanding, as these exclusions are necessary due to the made-to-order nature of some products.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, simply follow these steps:
- Email us at support@celebutfits.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
- Ship your item to the provided return address and share your courier tracking link or number with us.
- Once we receive the item and complete inspection, we’ll process your refund or ship the replacement.
