We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please ensure tags are intact. Used, washed, or damaged items will not be eligible for return.

Can I return items that have been washed or used?

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on washed, worn, or damaged items. All items must be in original, unused condition for a refund or exchange.

What if the item is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation

Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?

Yes! We do offer exchanges in most cases, so you don’t need to return the item. All you need to do is place a new order for the desired item, and we’ll handle the rest. The only cost to you is the shipping fee for the second order, as the initial order included free shipping. Once your new order is placed, we’ll send it to you right away!
